I have been using the services of xmanonline for some time now as my web host, and recently started taking advantage of their "Online Backup" facility.

As a settlement agent, it is imperative that our data is backed up on a daily basis, and previously I was using a portable hard drive for this purpose. This was time consuming and inconvenient, as I had to carry the portable hard drive to and from the office daily.
