How does it work?
  1. Download the remote support software here: Windows or Mac
  2. Install the software on your computer
  3. Next time you have an issue that you need our help with, give us a call on 08 9467 2935 and we will be able to assist you quickly and easily. No more frustrating hours on the phone trying to explain something to IT support!

 
Pricing for this service

  • Connection fee - $20

  • Per 15 min block - $20

  • Therefore minimum charge is $40

 
You will see on your computer screen exactly what we are doing, and anytime you want to finish the connection, simply close the support software. We will be able to to communicate through the software via written text, or we can be on the phone at the same time if need be.
